Non Dairy Lasagna Recipe

hI'm allergic to cows milk and have experimented with a few non dairy cheeses and usually can't stomach them. I have found one that not only I like but the whole family loves it.

*This will make a large amount.

(1) Large foil pan and foil to cover.

(2) 8oz no cook lasagna

(2) Cans or Jars mushroom spaghetti sauce (your choice if you don't like mushroom)

(2-3) Bags Daiya shreds (mozzarella and cheddar) depending on how cheesy you like your lasagna

3 eggs

1 tbsp Bragg Liquid Aminos

2 lbs ground turkey

1 lb chicken sausage

1 large onion

2 zucchini

2 red bell peppers

1 yellow squash

Onion powder

Garlic powder

Sea Salt

Minced or fresh garlic

Wildtree Spaghetti Seasoning Blend (Mix with the sauce.)

Saute the veggies, sausage, minced garlic and ground turkey together with Wildtree Garlic Grapeseed oil  and drain. Add the sea salt and pepper to to the meat and veggie mixture.

Add sauce to the bottom of the foil pain and add a layer of pasta.

In a bowl mix the Bragg Liquid Aminos, eggs and cheese except for 1/4 cup (reserved until the end to sprinkle on top)

Alternate the cheese mixture, meat and veggies and sauce until there is no pasta left. Sprinkle 1/4 cheese on the top.

Sprinkle with onion powder and garlic power and then cover with foil.

Put in the oven on 360 degrees until cheese is melted all through out the dish.

Fried Cabbage is one of my favorite dishes and is easy to prepare and you can vary the ingredients depending on what you like. I make it with or without meat. When I use meat it is usually turkey ham.

How much you use will depend on how many people you are cooking for.

Cabbage (slice all the way down and then slice that four to five times to make little slices. Little squares are fine too.)

Mild frying peppers (remove seeds and slice)

Scallions (cut the bulb off the end and slice up the rest)

Yellow squash

Jar of roasted red pepper (put in after the other veggies have softened a bit during cooking)

I was out of carrots, mushrooms, zucchini and onions but I usually add that too. There are plenty of other veggies you could add. Get creative!

In my wok I heat a little Wildtree Hickory Smoke Grilling Grapeseed Oil. (You can substitute with the oil of you choice. I love the hickory flavor and grapeseed oil is very healthy and has a high cooking flash point.)

I add some hot sauce or habanero sauce which is even hotter. (either one will do)

I preheat the oil and hot sauce and then start adding the veggies to the pan.

I add seasonings and then add more of the veggie mixture until all the veggies are in the wok.

I used Wildtree Adobo Seasoning Blend, Wildtree Garlic & Herb Blend, Wildtree Garlic Galore Seasoning Blend  and Wildtree Scampi Blend (This has minced pieces of Garlic in it. I love love love garlic)

 I love Wildtree's seasoning blends and they are preservative, msg, and additive free.

I use non stick tongs to mix it all around.

I cook it until it is as soft as I want the cabbage to be. I have had it with the cabbage soft and slightly firm. I prefer soft.

When it is done I either eat it as is or put it inside of a wrap which is really good!

Delicious Turkey Meatloaf

For dinner tonight I decided to make a yummy turkey meatloaf. I make it several ways so this is just one way we like it.

Seasonings:

Onion powder
Wildtree Meatloaf mix
Wildtree Scampi blend
Wildtree Garlic Pepper blend
Soy Sauce
BBQ sauce

Veggies:

Scallions
Mushrooms (Baby Bella)
Onion
Zucchini
Carrots
Spinach
Sweet Frying Peppers
Celery


Potatoes:
Regular with skin left on after being cleaned.

First I add the ground turkey, soy sauce, bbq sauce, seasoning, onions, mushrooms, peppers and zucchini  in a large bowl. I used 3lbs ground turkey. I mixed well and added some of the seasonings listed above.

Next, in the roasting pan I added a soy sauce and Wildtree Scampi blend then put spinach on top of it. I added more seasoning from those listed above on top of the spinach and layered on some carrots.

Then I started putting the meatloaf mixture on top of the bed of spinach and veggies and left room all around the edges. That is where I place the potatoes and the rest of the chopped up veggies. I added seasoning on the potatoes and then popped it in to the oven on 350 degrees.

Once the meatloaf is almost done I add BBQ sauce to the top and then pop it back in the oven to finish cooking.

It is so delicious and one of our favorites. Also everything is cooked in one dish and tastes great the next day too.

Wildtree's Hickory Smoke Grilling Grapeseed Oil is one of my favorite Wildtree products. I love it because it make everything taste like its been cooked on the grill. Below is a video recipe showing just how easy it is to make a delicious stir fry that tastes like it was cooked on a charcoal grill. That's one of my favorite methods of cooking and now thanks to Wildtree I don't have to light up the grill everytime I want that delicious grilled flavor.

For as long as I can remember I have always loved pizza. Becoming allergic to cheese in my early 20's didn't damper my love for it, in fact I love it more. I started off ordering pizza and asking the local pizza shop to leave of the delectable gooey cheese that I loved. Sometimes they did and sometimes they didn't. I began making my own pizza either using tortilla wraps or premade crusts.

I recently decide to try Wildtree's pizza crust. It was a success and it was easy. My whole family loved it. When making your own pizza the possibilities are endless. Enjoy the videos!

Easy Flaxseed Beer Bread.

I've always wanted to make bread but never got around to doing so because of all of the work involved. I homeschool four children and I just never found the time. Wildtree makes it so easy. All you need is a bowl, beer and a spoon to mix with. Just two ingredients, the mix and some beer. It doesn't get much easier than that.



Once the batter is mixed place it in an oiled pan and bake. My children were a little wary since they knew that beer was going into the mix but they were pleasantly surprised and liked it very much. When my husband came home and had dinner he tasted and enjoyed the Flaxseed Beer Bread as well. The bread was very delicious with the beef stew I had for lunch.
